We were challenged to create a timeline that incorporated hundreds of actions of five different parties over an 8 year period. Our clients wanted the timeline to visually impress the complexity of the path this case took. Also, owing to the unpredictable nature of litigation and settlement talks, our client wanted the option of removing any of the parties from the timeline at any point.

To convey the vast amount of treatment a patient received over a three month period we created a fully interactive timeline in the form of a calendar.
A key feature of this timeline is the use of color coded dots used to illustrate the multiple types of procedures performed on the patient. With a click of a button the attorney may make the different colored dots appear and disappear. Imbedded in the timeline are explanatory notes, medical records, and before and after photos of the patient.

 

 

 

Not all timelines need to be complex. Our task in this case was to defuse anticipated defense arguments that a prior injury was responsible for plaintiff's current injury. This timeline, designed
for mediation, uses graphic representations of Plaintiff's manual labor for 9 months after an initial injury before the accident in the instant case.

 

 

 

 

 

This interactive timeline incorporates hundreds of actions of five different parties over sixteen years. The timeline was designed to allow any of the parties to be shown or hidden. Each event has a description and linked exhibit supporting the event. You may zoom into a particular transaction or zoom out for a total overview of the case.
